DESCRIPTION
The Rainmaker story (see Hannah, B. p 14)suggests that upon entering, and then experiencing, a chaotic and troubled it is necessary to find order within oneself. Finding order within oneself, without intention to help or cure the ‘other’, is also necessary. Order and rain in the Rainmaker story belong together but are not causally linked. (Jung,p824). Unique processes will manifest between analyst and analysand, allowing infinite possibilities of a fluid nature. The therapeutic relationship, interactive field, and wounded healer will be considered in relation to a case example during this seminar.
